Step 3. Place a check mark in the box on the lower left side of the screen that reads "Click to designate your gift to a particular cause"
Step 4. Select "Local affiliate" and enter next, type Tahlequah as the name of the affiliate, and follow the on screen instruction to select "Tahlequah Area HFH"
